Release Trauma and Tension in Mind, Body & Spirit
The more you heal the more you evolve and your story transforms. The way you look at your past begins to change. Who you might have blamed for obstacles and shortcomings, begins to fade. On a recent call, I shared that I was the reason for the toxic relationship I engage in. I showed up not as myself with this person, but an illusion of the person I thought I should be. Whether it's through cultivation, conditioning or grooming... we transform into people we might not recognize from a 'healed' place.
When we begin to acknowledge and integrate personal growth we are able to find peace in the life we're living. We make more informed choices from places of where we want to be to where we are; linking the two places together.
Alternative Methods and Modalities
I once would have said, 'I'm passionate about alternative methods and modalities for holistic healing, wellness, personal growth, and releasing trauma stored within the body and mind... and our energy field.' Today, I'm sharing that I'm passionate about the personal growth, transformation, shift in my clients and students when they move through obstacles and find themselves elevating. You can see the moment in their eyes when they begin to piece things together. There is an energetic shift in the room or on zoom. That moment is what I'm passionate about.
Throughout my journey, I’ve committed myself to exploring and sharing practices that foster healing, balance, and transformation.

I grew up in a generation, culture and gender where women of color struggled to find their footing. To be born from a culture unique to the area I grew up in gives me a unique perspective where I once believed it was limiting... I know realize I have been gifted a unique experience to see and experience things from a different perspective.
I've learned to weave what I once believed was a limiting narrative into spaces I professionally and personally occupy as a tool of expansion. Our uniqueness gives our path light in areas others may not be able to see. As a collective group of differences, we are able to see (and do) more than separate and alone.
Deep Shadow Work leads to Transformation
Over the last couple of months, I have been moving through the works of Carl Jung and his shadow work. I began investing in myself by joining a collective of entrepreneurial l women, I'm creating classes and now looking at collaborations.
As I share personal journal work prompts on my website, I'm using them too. I'm creating my own plan of moving into a space of becoming more and deeply aligned. Through journaling and showing up for my mental wellbeing, life around me is evolving.
I've begun building out 2026 Annual Release & Reset Retreat making it co-ed. I've enrolled in therapy courses and certifications (EMDR, CBT, EFT) as I'm looking towards integrating more practices into my sessions and classes. I'm enrolled in my 300 Yoga Teaching Training, even thought I've been a trained teacher for over a decade - I've decided to go back as I look at my future of teaching at surf hostels and retreats on the beach.
I've relaunched my website as www.releasereset.com, invested in a customized essential oil blend that I personal use as an added feature for those building their own sacred practice at home.
I've created a Release Reset Collective to help others looking to elevate in a supportive, safe space. I wanted to no just offer personal sessions, but group sessions to build momentum for those struggling to find their groove and people of like spirit towards transformation.
Education and Training
I specialize in yoga, meditation, holistic healing and mindfulness development programs. I'm a certified yoga teacher who specializes in Yoga Nidra and mindfulness practices to promote deep relaxation and mental clarity.

I studied Yoga Nidra at the Satchidananda Ashram in Virginia and went on to deeper my practice at the Satchidananda Integral Yoga Institute in Coimbatore, India, where I gained a profound understanding of traditional and modern healing techniques.
During this period, I was fortunate to study TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) with the founder and pioneer of this powerful practice. My training developed over several years; however, I ultimately chose not to complete it, as my purpose and how I intended to use the training were evolving in a different direction and away from their formal outline of practice.
Becoming Babaylan
Around the age of five, I underwent what my mother and filipinos would call a "shamanic illness" while living in the Philippines. There are two ways of becoming a babaylan; one is apprenticing under a babaylan and the other is through a shamanic illness. Shamanic illness is an unexplained medical anomaly.
I have the ability to see beyond the surface, utilizing my intuitive gifts alongside modalities that help release trauma. I'm able to see moments of a person's trauma either taking place or the moment they have a paradigm shift from the trauma. When a person makes a mental shift, I'm transported to that moment. I'm able to see them, where they are standing, what they are wearing, the smell in the room... the way the room looks... if they are alone or not. I can see the setting or rising sun. They cannot see me... but it feels real enough that I can reach out and touch them.

I experience fluctuations of all of the eight clairsenses. Seeing dates, timelines, hearing messages, seeing visions, the smell and shift of changes in the frequencies around a person I am working with. I've learned methods to not do this while not working with someone. While I'm in a session, I am mindful of their openness to work through things and their resistance and closing of their heart center... creating a wall in between us... or around them.
Controlling Your Frequency
All of this work has been uniquely blended with guides and mentors that were introduced to me along my journey. If you're not able to control the energetic frequencies, the energy you emit becomes chaotic, draining and destructive. I became exhausted, frustrated deeply disturbed by these massive fluctuations; this was the first key to tapping into my abilities.
Understanding the power of personal energy, frequency and emotional (energy in motion) vibration is key to harnessing what we are capable of. I found a teacher and went on to study Quantum Healing with a filipino teacher. She taught me how to harness the chaos of the electrical impulse and energy I emit. This allowed me to align my other modalities, to help others expand, transmute and cultivate energy and tap into our natural ability to intuitively heal ourselves.
Teaching my students and clients to transmute energy, expand and cultivate their own has been integral to their own personal growth. If we can't control ourselves, we are susceptible to heavy and draining frequencies around us.

This was my first real step onto the path of learning how to funnel my energetic impulses and it's chaotic effects.
My Formal Education
With a degree in Sociology, I expanded my passion for understanding socio-individuality and group dynamics through an intensive, year-long program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
My interest in group dynamics, combined with my desire to serve as a life coach, integrating my babaylan abilities and utilizing alternative, holistic methods naturally aligns with this path for transformative healing.
My Mission
My professional mission is to cultivate a space where you can discover inspiration, receive guidance, and access tools to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Here, you can reframe your experiences, release trauma, rewire your thoughts, and find peace within a blissful body.
My personal mission is to embrace complete vulnerability, challenge the patterns of my thinking, and affirm my own self-worth; while also encouraging others to do the same.
Whether you’re just starting your healing journey or seeking to deepen your understanding, I am here to support and walk alongside you every step of the way.
The path forward isn’t about leaving parts of ourselves out; it’s about learning to integrate and embrace who we are with pride.
Thank you for visiting — I look forward to connecting with you!
