• Due to the application process and large amount of inquiries, there is an application processing fee. This allows us time answer each request, and review your application. Application fee is nonrefundable. If you are not selected, do not let this deter you from attending other events, workshops and classes. The retreat may not be a good fit for you at this time, but other options may be and lead to upcoming acceptance to future 1 day - 4 day retreats ​

• Attendees are paired with the same sex attendees to share a room. If you prefer to have your own room, the cost of the attending will be higher. If you are attending with a spouse or partner, I encourage the idea of sharing a room with the same sex... as we usually lean on the person we spend the most time with. It may feel uncomfortable at first, but the benefits outweigh the discomfort. If you've attended one of my classes or full day events in 2025, you know any suggestions made come from a place of expertise to provide you with the most transformation during your retreat stay. However, this is not mandatory. I want you to feel comfortable and at peace through this process.

• If you're dealing with health or dietary issues, please consult your doctor before applying. Nature excursions through the canyon are part of the retreat, you must be mobile for safety reasons. If you have dietary restrictions, please look at the nutrition section and review with your doctor or health professional. 
   

• No alcohol, marijuana, shrooms, drugs, vapes, cigarettes, junk food, chips, cookies will not be allowed. This is RESET retreat that includes gut. If you struggle with addiction, this is not the retreat option for you due to the group nature and the inability to be equipped for any withdrawals. REMINDER: If you're unable to refrain from activities like this or these items, this retreat is not for you at this time due to the sensitivity and nature of of the retreat.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS​

• In the event the retreat is cancelled by the host / facilitator / facility, you will be refunded the full cost.

• Cancellation by participant before April 1st will receive 50% refund in the form of scheduled available services for zoom based on facilitators availability. Must be fully redeemed in the form of zoom sessions within 60 days of cancellation. 

​

• Payment plans do not secure your spot. Your spot is secured once plan is paid in full. It's in your personal best interest to pay the plan in full as soon as possible or ask about an automatic draft to be set up. If your spot is cancelled by facilitator, you will be given a full refund for your payment.

SHARED ROOMS

• There are times where there are more females than males at retreats, if this makes you uncomfortable, this is not the retreat for you at this time. The retreat is a safe and supportive space to provide each guest with a foundation and setting to thrive and lean into their innate ability to heal, transform and experience each aspect of the retreat. If you struggle with vulnerability in a room share retreat, please select the VIP single room option.

• If you struggle with light or sound sensitivity, but want to do the room share... You will be receiving a sleep mask as well as ear plugs for noise cancellation. If you like to listen to noise to sleep, please bring headphones and be mindful of your roommate.

• The rooms are LARGE with enough space for more than 2 people per room. It's spacious enough to hold 4 people comfortably. Most room shares are in small spaces this is not. You will have plenty of room at the lodge for personal space.
