YOGA NIDRA / NSDR (NON-SLEEP DEEP RELAXATION)

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation and a state of conscious awareness, often called "yogic sleep." It helps the mind and body relax fully while remaining aware, promoting stress relief, mental clarity, emotional balance, and cellular healing. Benefits include reduced anxiety, improved sleep, increased self-awareness, and overall relaxation. Yoga Nidra can support cellular healing by promoting deep relaxation and reducing stress. It helps activate the body's natural healing processes. When the body is in a relaxed state, energy can be directed toward cellular repair and regeneration, potentially enhancing overall health and well-being.
