RELEASE TENSION FROM TRAUMA & RESET YOUR PERSONAL ALGORYTHM

How is TRAUMA stored as tension in the Body & Mind?
When a person experiences a traumatic event, the body's stress response can become chronically activated, leading to physical tension, tight muscles, and a feeling of being on edge.
The mind may hold onto fear, anxiety, and emotional distress, which can manifest as intrusive thoughts, hypervigilance, or emotional numbness.
This interplay between body and mind can cause a cycle where unresolved trauma continues to impact overall well-being unless addressed through therapeutic or healing practices.
