TAPPING (EFT, EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE)

​EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), or Tapping, is a simple, non-invasive method that uses tapping to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional pain, promoting calm, emotional balance & healing and overall well-being. This is a form of alternative therapy that combines principles of psychology and traditional Chinese medicine. It involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on particular emotional issues or physical sensations. This process aims to help reduce stress, anxiety, emotional pain, and even physical symptoms by balancing the body's energy system.

TRAUMA / TENSION RELEASE

This is a blended practice that combines techniques designed to help release deep muscular tension and trauma stored in the body. Through a series of exercises that activates the body's natural tremors, which help relax muscles, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical healing. This practice is used as an integral part to release trauma stored as tension to restore a sense of calm and balance in the body. This modality is used in conjunction with Yoga Nidra.
