Biohacking: Is Physical - Intuitive Healing Possible?

The real question is, Would you want to?... There's a lot of fear tied up around letting go & letting in things that could help us. If I told you, you had the ability to unlock more of what is possible for you - would you believe me?
I wasn't sure how to overcome the stigma surrounding the word, biohacking. It sounds techy involves gadgets and a whole lot of experimentation and science. And in some circles it is just that.

Could it be - my mind was telling me these things out of fear? After all, that's what our mind does. Our brains are wired to keep us safe; whatever that means. To do more than survive... to thrive... YOU have to take risks. And risks sends signals that your life is in danger.
Is Your Body Talking to You?
I had so many signs forewarning me I would be in accident and still decided to do go. Not out of ignorance but because of a pull in a direction I felt would transform the life journey I was on. I ended it up in a bad wreck, but during the wreck I had this out of body experience. I could see things happening in slow motion. I was talking myself through what I should do while I moved through the air. As I hit the pavement, I felt I was sitting in a dark movie theatre watching a screen... directing my movements before hitting the pavement.
Is Physical - Intuitive Healing Possible?
Yes. Why write a whole paragraph to get to the point. Yes, it's 100% possible. After the wreck, I was tapped into this knowing. And for the first time, I became disciplined in listening the instructions my body was giving me. I was listening and acting in accordance to the instructions I was receiving and my body was showing the results of me doing so. Not to my surprise, I began to heal very, very, very phenomenally fast.

I was going to the doctor appointments with the other person in the wreck, and after seeing me they would ask what I was doing to heal so fast. Friends in the medical field couldn't believe how fast I was healing, but on the flipside - because it was me... they could.
What is Energy Transference?
The other person from the wreck would ask me to sit or stay with them because they could feel and see they were healing faster around me. But the thing was, I was healing slower because of them. The frequency of healing my body was at was healing me + the intuitive eating allowed me to grow back skin tissue faster than the average person.

The idea of Energy Transference is nothing new; but what is it? Energy transference is the movement or conversion of energy from one form, location, or object to another, happening through methods like heating, electricity, mechanical force, or radiation, and is fundamental to physics (e.g., potential to kinetic energy) and also described metaphorically in relationships and spirituality as emotional exchange. This process obeys the law of conservation of energy, meaning it's neither created nor destroyed, just transformed or moved, seen in everything from a stove heating water to a smile lifting a mood.
My body was at work and through the frequency of healing, it moved from me to this other person. I explaining healing to clients in an analogy of them being a plant with dying branches or leaves. The plant will send all it's nutrients to those areas to help heal it reducing the nutrient flow to the areas to assist the plant to thrive. So, while I was helping this person heal faster... my healing was slowing down.
Is There a Road Map to Healing?

I think there is. I think if we can visualize the area of where we want healing, healing is possible to that area. It's not magic. It won't happen with out trusting our intuitive guidance. Ever hear someone say, I told them so... and they did it anyway... and now look what happened. It's not robbing the person
I have this idea, and I believe it's possible.
The bone on bone friction of one knee said otherwise. I wanted to heal fast. I said it and my body listened guiding on a path of what to do; and I did it. I didn't think beyond the surface, but now I am. I'm in the process of working on growing my articular cartilage back.
Should You Learn about Biohacking?
In my first biohacking class, I taught a group to change their physical body through repeating a phrase. They didn't have to believe or not believe, just follow my instructions and it happened. I had one person struggle with this, but we laugh when they come to my class as I checked in with, "How's it working now."

If our words can change our realm of possibilities, what else is our words directly or indirectly doing to us.
When you think about all the things you say to yourself, hear others saying... people saying to you.... you will begin to believe it. What we see is in alignment with how we see ourselves through the words and expressions of self love, love and lack of love.
What is biohacking ?
Biohacking is making SMALL, intentional changes to your biology and lifestyle to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It combines science, technology, and self-experimentation to optimize your body’s natural functions. Please read that sentence again... and notice I bolded SELF-EXPERIMENTATION.
Taking Risks is Biohacking
Taking risks even if the reward falls short or has an adverse effect IS biohacking. Now that you know this, will you take more risks? Biohacking changes your physical, mental and emotional well-being. If things don't turn out the way you want it to; that's still biohacking because you learned something through experimentation. Now, you can choose to alter how you move forward with this information to move towards the outcome you want.

Ask yourself...
If biohacking is about making small, intentional changes to improve your physical, mental and emotional well-being. Are you now more open to doing just that; taking that risk?
Yesterday, I walked in an unfamiliar neighborhood, across a bridge, through homeless community along side streets in a city that I've never been to... This would have once bothered me, but I've tested myself in unfamiliar environments - in countries walking. That's biohacking.
Biohacking's core philosophy is the practice of making intentional, incremental changes to "adjust your new norm". The goal is to make small, consistent tweaks to establish new, healthier baselines (norms) for daily living, rather than relying on occasional, drastic measures.
Healing Trauma Rewires the Brain

Trauma is stored not just in memories but also physically and neurologically. Healing trauma requires rewiring the brain, calming the nervous system, and restoring a sense of safety and sovereignty.
Healing trauma uses neuroplasticity to structurally and functionally rewire the brain, transforming it from a state of chronic survival into one of safety and regulation. You can begin this process at home just by begining to tune into your breath and begin a mindfulness practice.
Engaging in therapeutic practices like CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness, you can calm a hyperactive amygdala, strengthen the prefrontal cortex, and process stored, traumatic memories. This process reverses the effects of trauma, enabling the brain to form new, healthy neural pathways and restoring emotional balance.
Reframing Your Life and Self-Perception

I sent an audio message to a person I met in Palma... who would have guessed, I would have one day ended up there in a hostel meeting this person and 18 months later I'm still able to reach out. I was able to share what I do with her and she felt the importance of adding testimonies to my website; I listened and did just that. Now, I'm moving into adding audio testimonies and reached out to her. She messaged me a back and my message reached her while in Bali and the alignment of my ask is in alignment with the intensity of your journey.
I feel very confident in what I do, I feel confident in the connections I make... and the work I do with individuals. There are areas such as adding required things to my business plan, I'm not confident in... This is why REFRAMING YOUR LIFE and SELF PERCEPTION is so important. In order to evolve, we must step out into the unfamiliar to do so.
Trauma often distorts how we see ourselves; doubting our worth, feeling powerless, or viewing life through a lens of fear. Biohacking can assist in shifting this narrative:
Empowerment through Self-Experimentation: Taking proactive steps to improve your health and mind fosters a sense of agency and control.
Creating New Neural Pathways: By intentionally cultivating positive habits and thoughts, you reframe your story, replacing limiting beliefs with empowering ones.
Building Resilience: Biohacking strategies strengthen your nervous system, making you more adaptable and capable of handling life's challenges.
Reclaiming Identity: As you heal and grow, you begin to see yourself as resilient, capable, and deserving of joy—transforming your self-image from one of victimhood to empowerment.
Practical Biohacks to Start Your Healing Journey
Mindfulness and Meditation: Rewire your brain for calm and clarity.
Cold Exposure or Breathwork / Pranayama: Regulate your nervous system.
Healthy Nutrition and Supplements: Support brain health and emotional balance.
Movement and Embodiment Practices: Release stored tension and trauma physically.

Final Thoughts
Biohacking is more than a trend—it’s a powerful approach to reclaiming your health, healing trauma, and rewriting your story. It puts the tools of science and self-awareness into your hands, enabling you to transform how you see yourself and your life.
Remember, healing is a journey, and each small step you take is a declaration of self-love and resilience. Embrace biohacking as a pathway to not just survive, but thrive. Reclaiming your power and your happiness along the way.
