THE CLASS

THIS is a mindfulness 'yoga' class that consists of...

  • Body scan and check in

  • Breath-work: to create calm and mental calmness

  • Intention setting: create a focus word to use when not in practice to reset yourself (mantra)

  • Meditation: brief meditation

  • Trauma & Tension Release: body moves naturally to release trauma stored as tension in the muscles, tissues and organs

  • Yoga Nidra (NSDR): a deep relaxation with guided meditation
