Nervous System Reset + Journaling Workshop
This lecture introduces a simple, grounded approach to working with your nervous system through journaling, awareness, and intentional daily practice.
We’ll explore how to:

slow down and notice what is present
-
reconnect to the body
-
release what you’re holding
-
build awareness that leads to real change
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about creating space to observe, regulate, and respond differently over time.
You’ll also be introduced to a guided journaling practice you can return to daily as a way to reset and reconnect.
