This is a Sunday morning class; dress comfortable (lounge wear, workout clothes) however, you want. Comfort is the key. This is not a physical class; there will be comfortable seating and time to get up and mingle. Seating will be both chairs & yoga mats w a pillow to sit on set up on the studio floor. You will want to bring a pen & paper / journal / notebook. You are welcome to bring a drink (that has lid) onto the floor.
I know weekends and mornings are either when you're fully awake or struggling to get around. Because of this, I will provide BIOCOFFEE, water & healthy nuts; brain food & fuel at no added expense.
