Is Your Energy Killing Your Vibe?
The energy you emit today is not just a reflection of your present mindset or emotional state; it forms a foundational element that influences the experiences and interactions you'll face in the future.
Each thought, feeling, and action releases a particular energy that resonates with the universe, affecting not only your own life but the lives around you. This energy functions like a magnet, drawing similar vibrations and experiences into your life.
The "What If's"
What if your thoughts, the events of your life... the trauma you've witnessed or experienced plays a part in your frequency?
If you knew the frequency you're emitting was healing you, would you do more of what was raising your frequency...
If you knew being in survival mode, closing your heart or pushing others away... to "not get hurt again"... was hurting and not helping your frequency, would you take the leap and trust the unknown... by doing something risky or different?

A popular quote reflecting the idea of energy attracting like energy is: "You attract the energy that you give off. Spread good vibes.". This sentiment is often associated with the concept of the Law of Attraction, which suggests that positive or negative thoughts bring about corresponding positive or negative experiences.
Is Knowing More the First Step or Too Much?
While I want to take you down rabbit holes, unplug you from thought patterns and unplug you from the matrix of what you've known up to this point... I know bite sizes... tiny steps... will bring you closer than bombarding you with things like paradigm shifts, trauma stored in your body alters your biochemistry... moves a healthy body into a chronic illnesses.
But what if we just start with... knowing our thoughts emit a frequency. And the frequency of our thoughts alters the decisions we make, the life we want to live, our dreams... our potential... and either fosters a healing environment... or a killing machine.
Vulnerability is a Step Into Courage.
Sharing is a fundamental human behavior with profound social, emotional, and even practical benefits. It strengthens relationships, promotes cooperation, and fosters a sense of belonging. Sharing also contributes to personal well-being by reducing stress and promoting empathy.
