Release Reset is a body-based trauma release practice that blends somatic movement, breath-work, Yoga Nidra, and nervous system regulation to support healing and release tension held in the body.
Your body holds the story. It also holds the healing.
Life has a way of leaving its imprint on the body.
Stress, loss, trauma, and the demands of everyday life can influence the nervous system in ways we don't always recognize. They may show up as muscle tension, shallow breathing, emotional overwhelm, difficulty relaxing, chronic fatigue, or simply feeling like you're always "on."
While insight and self-awareness are important, healing isn't always found by thinking differently. Sometimes, healing begins by listening to what the body has been trying to communicate all along.

Is Somatic Healing the foundation of Release Reset?
What Is Release Reset?
Release Reset is a 60–75 minute body-based trauma release practice that blends somatic movement, breath-work, Yoga Nidra, and nervous system regulation to support healing, regulate the nervous system, and release tension held in the body.
This isn't a traditional yoga class.
It's an opportunity to slow down, become present with your body, and experience practices that encourage regulation, awareness, and restoration.
Rather than pushing through discomfort or striving to "do it right," you'll be guided through simple, accessible practices that invite your nervous system to settle and your body to soften.
Why a Body-Based Approach?
The body remembers what the mind often tries to move past.
When we experience stress or trauma, our nervous system adapts to help us survive. Those protective responses are intelligent and necessary—but sometimes they continue long after the experience has ended.
Body-based practices help us notice those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
Through intentional movement, conscious breathing, and deep rest, we create the conditions for the nervous system to shift toward greater regulation. As the body begins to feel safer, it often becomes easier to release physical tension, process emotions, and respond to life with more resilience.
Healing isn't about forcing change.
It's about creating the space for change to happen.

What to Expect
Each Release Reset class may include:
Gentle Somatic movement to increase body awareness and gently prep your body to release tension during the trauma / tension release session. This is something new added into the class / practice. Gentle seated Hatha Yoga asanas / poses to encourage a deeper release during the practice.
Breath-work (pranayama) to support nervous system regulation
Yoga Nidra, Non-sleep, guided relaxation for deep rest and integration
Guided reflection during grounding to help you notice what your body is communicating.
Energy expansion practice to open your heart chakra / energy center to reduce friction in the flow of prana / life force energy... chi.
Every class is a little different, but the intention remains the same: to support your body's natural capacity for regulation and healing. There will be a class Sankalpa, to help you the release of tension and trauma and be open to receive...
No previous experience is necessary. Whether you're new to these practices or have been on a healing journey for years, you're welcome exactly as you are.

Carrying physical tension that never seems to fully go away
Looking for a gentle, holistic approach to nervous system regulation and trauma recovery

You simply need a willingness to show up.

An Invitation
Healing doesn't happen all at once.
It happens one breath, one moment of awareness, and one practice at a time.
Release Reset is an invitation to pause, listen, and discover what becomes possible when you begin working with your body instead of against it.
Your body holds the story.
It also holds the healing.
