• Attendees are paired with the same sex attendees to share a room.There are times where there are more females than males at retreats, if this makes you uncomfortable, this is not the retreat for you at this time. The retreat is a safe and supportive space to provide each guest with a foundation and setting to thrive and lean into their innate ability to heal, transform and experience each aspect of the retreat. If you struggle with vulnerability in a room share retreat, please select the VIP single room option. ​

• If you struggle with light or sound sensitivity, but want to do the room share... bring items to help you acclimate for the shared room. Such as; a sleep mask and ear plugs for light and noise cancellation.

• If you like to listen to noise to sleep, please bring headphones and be mindful of your roommate.​

• The rooms are LARGE with enough space for more than 2 people per room. It's spacious enough to hold 4 people comfortably. Most room shares are in small spaces this is not. You will have plenty of room at the lodge for personal space.

• If you're dealing with health or dietary issues, please consult your doctor before applying.

• Nature excursions through the canyon are part of the retreat, you must be mobile for safety reasons.

• If you have dietary restrictions, please look at the nutrition section and review with your doctor or health professional. 

• No alcohol, marijuana, shrooms, drugs, vapes, cigarettes or junk food is allowed at the retreat. This is RESET retreat that includes gut.

• If you struggle with addiction, this is not the retreat option for you due to the group nature for liability reasons.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS​

• In the event the retreat is cancelled by the host / facilitator / facility, you will be refunded the full cost.​

• Cancellation by participant before April 1st will receive 50% refund in the form of scheduled available services for zoom based on facilitators availability. Must be fully redeemed in the form of zoom sessions within 60 days of cancellation. ​
