The JOURNAL PROMPTS are a blend of scientific based techniques to help you reframe past events to change our future. I tap into my sociology background and yoga nidra; stepping back, becoming a silent observer and looking at ourselves as part of the collective not an individual having a separate experience.
Using exercises and methods from Carl Jung's shadow work theory, training in modalities such as; trauma release, yoga, meditation / mindfulness practices, creative writing and journaling, we'll dive deeper in the group zoom sessions to uncover the layers of the prompt, exploring journaling resistance and ways to combat personal obstacles.
Through discussion, we'll be able to dive deeper than our writing practice. And when needed, I'll bring to the table my babaylan abilities to answer and guide any person in the group session.
