Advanced Release Reset Class
A private, small-group zoom experience
Service Description
This RESET session is designed for those who have already experienced the work and are ready to deepen, regulate, and reconnect in a supported small specialized group. Similar to the onsite group class; except attendees will be diving deeper - Once a month, you will receive a guided email, journal prompt and group focus work prior to the session. Using RESET Method, you attend these sessions a stand alone focus, part of your personal monthly plan or in addition to the onside Release Reset Class. Limited to 5 participants to maintain a focused and intentional space. Disclaimer: You must have previously attended an In-Person / Zoom Session for Tension & Trauma Release or the in-person Release Reset class. This is not a beginner class.

Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us within 48 hours of your session. This does not apply to group or classes Refunds: not offered for cancellations. Limit one reschedule for the session. Missed classes: nonrefundable and not offered a make up session. Onsite RELEASE RESET Class: must be paid prior to start of class. Classes start on time. You may be turned away at the door if you arrive late due to the sensitivity and nature of the class. A refund / reschedule will not be offered. Waitlist: a fully booked class or event is held for 1 hour. Bookings are available 2 weeks out. If all spots are full option to join a waitlist or email us and we will book your session. Courses: You're able to join a course after it starts for a limited time. It is your responsibility to join where you are at. Information to bring you up to speed is through booking a 1 on 1 session (separate from the course cost and must be paid)
