In this private, small-group setting, we move beyond the foundational experience into deeper somatic release, refined regulation, and expanded capacity within the body. With a smaller container, there is more space for presence, awareness, and individualized depth.
This is not a repeat of the original class.
It is an elevated experience for those ready to access the next layer of their work.
